Why Work Here?
You will join a stable, well-established, and employee-friendly organization that invests in long-term success and professional growth. The facility offers a very clean, modern workspace with a comfortable lunch and break area, including an on-site market for food, snacks, and drinks. Employees enjoy regular wellness-focused activities such as team stretching breaks and access to walking trails around the campus. The company provides frequent appreciation events, including weekly food trucks, monthly free ice cream, and a monthly safety drawing where employees demonstrating strong safety practices can earn a substantial reward. There is a strong focus on training and development in medical device manufacturing, with patient, structured training and a willingness to move people to different areas to help them succeed. The organization is financially stable, globally established, diverse, and known for being supportive of its workforce, offering a positive culture where people can build meaningful, long-term careers.
Work Environment
The work takes place in a very clean, well-maintained facility that includes both cleanroom and non-cleanroom production areas. Cleanroom roles require full gowning, including smocks, booties, hair nets, beard nets when applicable, and safety glasses, while still allowing for makeup and jewelry in accordance with safety guidelines. In some non-cleanroom areas, safety glasses are required at all times, and steel-toed shoe covers are provided due to the presence of automated presses and stamping machines. These areas are louder and have a light oil smell from the machinery, but most employees adjust quickly, and ear plugs are available if desired. Across the facility, employees alternate between sitting and standing, sometimes spending an entire shift on their feet and other times seated for most of the day, depending on the process and department. The environment is highly safety-focused and wellness-oriented, with an on-site wellness room, workout facility, ping pong table in the break room, and walking trails available during breaks. The dress code allows for flexibility, including the option to wear skirts as long as no skin is exposed (for example, with pants or leggings underneath), and head coverings such as hijabs are acceptable when worn in an athletic style and tucked in for safety. Overall, the workplace combines high standards of cleanliness and precision with a comfortable, supportive atmosphere designed to promote both productivity and well-being.
