We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to weld and assemble metal components. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and be able to interpret blueprints to determine the appropriate welding method.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform welding tasks using stick welding techniques.
2. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
3. Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.
5. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Welder.
- Must have own transportation with a valid driver license
- Clean Background
- Travel will be required at various times, lodging will be paid and per diem included. Though most work will be in the Greater Houston area
- Certification in welding is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
