Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: Houston, TX
Employment Type: Contract
Schedule: M-F 8-5pm
Pay: $50 - $55 / Hour

Description:
· Partner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs, job requirements, and business objectives.
· Design and execute effective recruitment strategies for multiple business units supporting a range of industries from Energy, Data Centers, Information Technology and Manufacturing.
· Proactively source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry events.
· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
· Conduct behavioral and technical screenings to assess qualifications and position alignment.
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Provide timely updates and communication to candidates and hiring managers.
· Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, market insights, and salary benchmarking.
· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, resume screening, outreach, interviews, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
· Coach and support managers in the development of new or updating of existing job descriptions.
· Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
· Build and maintain a robust network of qualified technical/engineering professionals for current and future roles.
· Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
· Support the recruitment of other non-technical roles and HR initiatives, as needed.
