Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shop Helper PM to support evening fabrication shop operations in Sapulpa. The Shop Helper PM will assist skilled craftsmen while maintaining company productivity, safety, and quality standards.

This Shop Helper PM position is classified as Safety Sensitive due to working around overhead cranes, forklifts, power equipment, and automated industrial processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Shop Helper PM role includes:

• Assist craftsmen with assigned trade tasks
• Work safely around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, and power equipment
• Meet established productivity requirements
• Maintain quality workmanship standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Sustain 5S standards and maintain a clean work environment
• Contribute as a professional team member to meet project deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic fabrication shop experience preferred
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools
• Ability to read and write basic shop communications
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately
• Willingness to learn to read shop drawings and understand bills of materials
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn new skills
• Team-oriented and dependable
