Store Solutions / Merchandising Representative
Location: Lacey, WA
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, four 10-hour shifts
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Solutions Representative to support retail locations by building product displays and managing in-store inventory levels. This role focuses on ensuring products are properly stocked, organized, and presented in a way that supports store sales and visual merchandising standards.
The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable traveling between store locations while working independently to complete merchandising assignments.
Primary Responsibilities
· Build and maintain product displays within retail store environments
· Conduct inventory counts of assigned products and report inventory levels as needed
· Restock shelves and displays to ensure products are properly filled and organized
· Adjust shelving, racks, and display layouts when required
· Ensure pricing labels and product placement are accurate and aligned with store merchandising standards
· Rotate product and maintain clean, organized shelving and display areas
· Monitor store conditions related to assigned product lines and communicate any issues or concerns
· Follow project instructions and complete assigned merchandising tasks within scheduled timeframes
· Maintain a professional and safe working environment while completing in-store assignments
Qualifications
· Previous retail, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
· Ability to follow written instructions and complete tasks independently.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Basic math and inventory counting skills.
· Reliable work history and ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with store staff.
Physical Requirements
This position involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to lift and move items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds as needed.
