Sales Manager (OEM) job at HiredChina Abroad, US

Job Description

Responsible for developing and maintaining OEM cooperation with local flooring distributors, building material retailers and project purchasers, achieving annual sales targets and expanding market share.
Conduct market research on local flooring industry trends, customer demands and competitor dynamics, and provide targeted OEM product solutions to clients.
Negotiate OEM contracts with overseas clients, clarify product specifications, pricing, delivery terms and after-sales service clauses, and ensure smooth execution of cooperation projects.
Coordinate with internal production, logistics and quality control teams to ensure on-time delivery of OEM orders and compliance with international product standards (e.g., EU E0 certification).
Collect feedback from overseas clients on product quality and service, and put forward optimization suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation stickiness. 1.
