Job Title: RN – Fertility / IVF Nurse Navigator

Location: Worcester, MA

Shift/Schedule: Day, 4x10-Hour (07:00 – 17:30)

Hours: 40 hours/week

Start Date: 04/08/2026
End Date: 13-week contract

Department: Women’s Services – REI (Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as RN Nurse Navigator for patients undergoing fertility and IVF treatments
• Manage cycle management and reproductive endocrinology patient care
• Conduct patient assessments, telephone triage, and follow-up calls
• Administer medications (IM) and manage fertility medication protocols
• Assist with procedures including Pap smears and sterile tray setups
• Perform specimen collection and labeling
• Prepare charts, authorizations, referrals, and handle scheduling
• Provide patient education and support throughout treatment cycles
• Support office duties including pharmacy calls, disability forms, and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Must have cycle management experience
• IVF and reproductive endocrinology experience required
• MA nursing license preferred; submissions considered if license pending

Certifications:

• BLS required
• ACLS preferred

Work Settings: OB/GYN, Women’s Health, REI Clinic

Additional Skills:

• Fertility medication management / IVF protocols
• IV starts, universal precautions, biohazard disposal
• Outpatient clinic experience

Vaccine Requirements:

• Flu vaccine required
• COVID-19 vaccine not required
