This PA 3 will act as the agency's Digital Content Manager (PA 3) overseeing strategy & managing the website for the Ohio Department of Commerce. This includes interacting with divisional leadership to understand content priorities, marrying those content priorities with analytics from website users & public feedback, providing program direction & editorial content for existing & new team members, & providing a seamless user experience for Commerce stakeholders.
