Ables Landscapes, an award-winning landscape company with over 45 years of experience in Charleston, SC, is seeking a dedicated Fine Gardening and Landscape Maintenance Crew Member. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Director of Landscape Maintenance, Account Managers, and Crew Leader to maintain client properties to the highest standards.
• Operate small engine equipment and tools, including weed eaters, blowers, lawn mowers, and hedge trimmers, to perform landscape maintenance tasks.
• Assist with detailed gardening duties such as hand-pruning, installing and maintaining small shrubs and perennials, watering, mulching, and fertilizing.
• Communicate effectively with the Crew Leader to coordinate daily tasks and foster professional growth.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service and attention to detail.
• Follow established daily maintenance routes and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience using landscape maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work consistently as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and align with the company’s mission and values.

Compensation

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
