General Virtual Assistant (Remote)

And we’re pooling candidates for a General Virtual Assistant role with a background in the construction industry!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support including email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.
Assist in document preparation, reports, and presentations.
Manage and organize files, contracts, and construction project documentation.
Respond to inquiries and provide customer service to clients and partners.
Research vendors, suppliers, and market trends relevant to the construction industry.
Coordinate with project teams to track deliverables and deadlines.
Process invoices, expense reports, and assist in bookkeeping tasks.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes for construction staff.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills:
Reading : Ability to comprehend and summarize reports and correspondence.
Writing : Professional documentation and email communication.
Speaking : Effective communication with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of cloud-based tools and communication platforms.
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)
Location: This is a remote job
Salary Package (with HMO):
• Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 25,500
• Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 34,000
• Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 39,500
