Our authorized Harley-Davidson dealership is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused General Merchandise Associate to help drive retail sales and create an unforgettable in-store experience.
What You’ll Do:
• Greets customers warmly and helps in finding the right merchandise to meet their needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including motorcycle gear, apparel and accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits, offering expert advice and recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new product offers.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the motorcycle, automotive or power sports industry.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle merchandise, including gear, apparel and accessories.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and experience with cash handling and point-of sale systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• A passion for motorcycles and a desire to share that enthusiasm with customers.

The showroom and service center were designed to replicate a rambling country barn that had been added onto over the years. The showroom has a 4,800-square-foot section dedicated to selling Harley-Davidson® motorcycle memorabilia.
