Beijing English Training Institution Recruits Full-time Teachers！

Working details:
-Location: Beijing(We have multiple campuses in various districts of Beijing.)
-Starting date: ASAP
-Monday & Tuesday: Rest
-Wednesday to Friday: generally from 1:30 pm to 8:30pm
-Saturday to Sunday: 9:30am to 8:00pm including one hour lunch break

Salary and benefits:
-15000- 20000 RMB before tax per month (negotiatable for outstanding teacher)
-Chinese social insurance and housing provident fund and commercial insurance
-Fully paid Chinese public holidays
-Z visa(Business Manager Visa )application assistance
-Fully paid 6 sick leave days annually
-Annual leaves per year

Requirements:
-Fluent in English without accent
-BA education related degree, EFL teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA
-Two years (24 months) related teaching experience
-None criminal background check
-Fast learner with a positive attitude
-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-Able to work within a team and independently
-Lively, passionate, friendly and can mobilize the enthusiasm of students, making
learning fun

Main responsibilities:
-Students ages 3 to 18
-One on one sessions with students that come the Dino Reading Club in which your
responsibility is to help kids to learn how to read in a fun way so they can fall in love with books
-Reading group sessions with students of different ages and reading levels
-Create and implement creative and efficient ways to teaching read and make reading fun
-Participate in marketing activities, on and off Dino Reading Club premises
-Complete course-related administrative duties, lesson planning, marketing campaign
coordination and planning
-Able to assess and evaluate students reading skills and language proficiency
