**Responsibilities:**
* Develop advanced financial models supporting strategic planning and growth
* Revenue analysis and margin optimization
* Payroll and billing performance analytics
* Budget planning and forecasting support
* KPI development and executive reporting
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years financial analysis experience
* Experience with SaaS financial metrics (ARR, churn, LTV)
* Strong Excel and financial modeling expertise
* ERP or accounting system familiarity
* CPA or MBA preferred but not mandatory
