Facebook / Meta Media Buyer (Performance Marketing)
We operate two fast-scaling DTC brands ($50M+ revenue over 24 months) and are building a high-impact media buying team to scale acquisition and optimize lifetime value.
Strategize, launch, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
Manage ad spend budgets with disciplined pacing and scaling
A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
Analyze performance data (ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR) and recommend next actions
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to improve outcomes
Maintain daily KPI dashboards and reporting
Ensure pixel, events, and tracking integrity
2+ years hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
Experience managing moderate to large budgets
Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics
Ability to independently diagnose campaign issues and optimize
Experience with DTC ecommerce or direct response campaigns
Competitive base salary ranges depend on region and experience ($2,000 USD - 5,000 USD per month)
