DNAA Appliance Repair is a local appliance repair company based in Sacramento, California.
We provide repair services for refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and other household appliances.
We are looking for a reliable remote dispatcher who will answer incoming calls, communicate with customers, and schedule service appointments for our technician.
**Schedule / Availability (Pacific Time)**
Monday – Friday during business hours.
Typical coverage window is between **8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time**.
You must be available to answer incoming calls promptly and schedule service appointments.
**Responsibilities**
• Answer incoming customer calls
• Speak clearly and professionally with customers
• Schedule service appointments in our CRM system
• Collect customer information (name, phone, address, appliance type, problem)
• Confirm appointments with customers
• Communicate updates with the technician when necessary
**Requirements**
• Clear and neutral English accent
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in customer service or dispatching is a plus
• Reliable internet connection
