Traveling Journeyman Electrician to support the construction and commissioning of a data center facility in Amarillo, TX

Traveling Journeyman Electrician - Roswell Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $47.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• POSITION IS LOCATED IN AMARILLO, TX
• Install, terminate, and test electrical systems including power distribution units (PDUs), switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, and backup generators
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings specific to data center construction
• Perform conduit bending, cable tray installation, and wire pulling for large-scale systems
• Ensure all work complies with NEC codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on-site to meet deadlines
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical components
• Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, including inspections and test results
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures

Traveling Journeyman Electrician - Roswell Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (state-specific)
• 3–5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Experience working on mission-critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, etc.)
• (preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical systems up to medium voltage
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
