The Role:
Our site in Chaska MN, or Billerica, MA is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist (Contractor) to join our team The Trade Compliance Specialist will be responsible for a broad range of export compliance activities, including but not limited to: AES filings, export licensing, auditing, and record‑keeping. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners—including freight forwarders and government agencies, to ensure compliant and efficient export operations.

What We Seek:
3–5 years of progressive export trade compliance experience within a global manufacturing environment.
Preferred experience with SAP GTS or other global trade compliance and screening software platforms.
Demonstrated knowledge of commodity classification, including ECCN and HTS assignments, and related regulatory requirements.
Strong working knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR); familiarity with other export control regimes is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance integrity.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and meet critical deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
