Summer 2026 Intern -* * Revenue Management

?As a Summer 2026 - Revenue Management intern at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) you will be part of our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team supporting the growth and financial health of the total coffee business. Our team is responsible for the health of the business- from developing financial forecasts to working with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Sales, and Finance to drive results. In this role, you will work directly with the team to help identify opportunities for growth in key accounts through processes optimization, creating standardized reporting, and working with Field Sales & RGM teams to optimize strategies.

Shift/Schedule:

• The KDP 2026 Summer Intern Program will run from June1st - August 7th, 2026

• Full-time; 40 hours per week

• Location: Burlington, MA

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00am until 5:00pm

• Hybrid, In-person Tues-Thurs

As a** Reve nue Management intern , you will:

• Analyze, and manipulate data sets to gain tactical insights and drive business growth

• Develop new tools for monitoringmarket pricing and financial impacts on the business across accounts

• Partner with Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain teams to help track and deliver on key performance metrics

• Partner with Sales & Field RGM teams to help identifyand execute optimal growth strategies

• Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment

• Receive mentor support for your professional development

• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders

• Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting.

• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department,?and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

Total Rewards:

• $31.00/ hour

• Paid bi-weekly

• $2,500 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

Requirements:

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related field

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities

• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to review and analyze data sets to drive business results

• Experience with PowerBI or NPD/Circanasyndicated data is a plus
