As a Subrogation Call Center Supervisor , you will lead the daily operations of a remote customer service team supporting subrogation-related activities. In this role, you will drive performance, quality, and service level objectives while fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. The pay range for this position is $48,400.00 - $69,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
