We're a boutique social media and influencer marketing agency built for hospitality, place-based, and experience-driven brands. Restaurants, hotels, festivals, downtown districts, resorts, the businesses people actually visit, gather in, and remember.

The Role

We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day across a portfolio of hospitality and place-based clients. This starts as a freelance engagement with a clear path to full-time, contingent on fit, performance, and pace.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn for a roster of clients
• Write captions, hooks, and short-form video scripts in distinct brand voices
• Concept and storyboard Reels and TikToks tied to client campaigns, seasonal moments, and cultural beats
• Coordinate with our content manager, influencer team, and client leads to keep everything moving on schedule
• Manage community engagement, DMs, and comments
• Track performance, pull insights, and bring ideas (not just numbers) to client recaps
• Stay sharp on platform changes, hospitality trends, and what's actually working in place-based marketing right now

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years managing social media accounts professionally, agency experience strongly preferred
• Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, resort, or destination/place-based experience strongly preferred
• Native fluency on Instagram and TikTok
• Strong copywriting skills
• Project management chops
• Comfort in tools like Notion, Rella, Google Workspace, and Canva
• Bonus points for influencer coordination experience, paid social fluency, or familiarity with hospitality reporting tools

Compensation
Hourly or project-based, commensurate with experience. Plus the chance to grow inside an agency that's actively scaling.
