SP Industries Inc. , an ATS company, is excited to announce an opening for a dynamic Site Leader in Pocomoke, MD! This is a high-impact role for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives on driving performance, elevating teams, and creating a culture where safety, quality, and operational excellence come first.
Position Summary
The Site Leader is responsible for the overall performance, culture, and strategic direction of the Pocomoke manufacturing facility within the Laboratory Consumables business. This high-impact role holds full accountability for Safety, Quality, and On-Time Delivery (OTD) while championing the deployment and sustainment of the ATS Business Model (ABM) as the site's operating system.
As a key member of the Laboratory Consumables leadership team, the Site Leader is a visible, hands-on presence on the shop floor, coaching teams, solving problems, and fostering a culture centered on accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
