Requirements

The Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, or fire restoration. (IICRC certifications like WRT/ASD are a massive plus).
• Carpentry Excellence: Strong hands-on skills in demolition, framing, and finishing.
• The Tools: To qualify for the top-tier pay bracket ($24/hr), you must own and be proficient with your own professional-grade tools.
• Documentation: You understand that "if it isn't documented, it didn't happen." You are tech-savvy and capable of maintaining precise moisture logs and photo galleries.

The Essentials:

• High EQ Communication: Ability to speak professionally with homeowners and adjust your approach to keep them calm during a crisis.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in PPE for extended periods.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license with a clean record and a commitment to being on time, every time.
• On-Call Readiness: Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation—we are a 24/7 emergency response team.
