About the Role: (work from home)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will assist with customer follow-up, data entry, scheduling, administrative coordination, and maintaining organized records while ensuring professional communication with clients and partners.
Payments are per working hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers and leads via email, phone, and WhatsApp
Maintain accurate records and update CRM/database systems
Perform data entry and administrative documentation
Schedule meetings, training sessions, and appointments
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic presentations
Assist with client onboarding and communication
Organize files, documents, and internal records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or office coordination
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in:
English speaking and writing are a must
Google Workspace
CRM systems
Email communication tools
Ability to work independently and remotely
Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
