job summary:
Our client is seeking a proactive Entry-Level Project Manager to oversee the execution of individual projects. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team of managers and staff to drive project tasks to completion. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with at least one year of construction industry field experience

responsibilities:

• Lead meetings between Estimating, Engineering, and Manufacturing to start new projects.

• Partner with Estimating to create and track project timelines.

• Serve as the main point of contact between client and the customer.

• Attend shop floor meetings to stay aligned with production and manufacturing teams.

• Review and approve all "buy-out" items before they go to Procurement.

• Work with Engineering on site dimensions and manage the field team's schedule.

• Ensure all project safety information is properly submitted.

• Work with the Controller and Procurement to finalize project details and finances.

• Participate in quarterly meetings to review project successes and areas for growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) specifically within the construction industry.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
