A growing pediatric outpatient clinic is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Gig Harbor.

Position Overview

• Full-time pediatric outpatient caseload
• Treat children with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication
• Work closely with supervising SLPs in a collaborative setting
• Typical schedule includes structured treatment sessions with documentation time built in
• Consistent weekly schedule with strong front office support
• Family-centered care model with emphasis on clinical quality and relationship-building

Ideal Candidate

• Active SLPA license (or eligibility) in Washington
• Passion for working with pediatric populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and eager to learn
• Organized, dependable, and growth-minded
• Feeding experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience in pediatrics required
