100 North Main offers 62 spacious leased residential suites and first-floor office space in beautiful downtown Oshkosh. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment showings and assist with leasing of available apartments.
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs with in-house maintenance staff and outside contractors.
• Ensure the property meets high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage rental agreements and assist with resident onboarding.
• Perform routine inspections to uphold the quality standards of the community.
• This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, though occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed for resident inquiries or emergencies.
• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, and state and federal laws (OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.).

Requirements

• Residency required to live on-site in one of our spacious 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom leased residential suites (your choice based on your needs).
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on positive resident relations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Ability to handle basic administrative tasks and oversee vendors/contractors.
• Prior property management experience is a plus but not required.
• Clean background check and valid driver’s license.
