We are partnering with a Farmers Insurance District Manager in Long Beach, California to identify experienced insurance professionals interested in agency ownership opportunities within the Farmers network.

Lead all operations, sales, staffing, and growth initiatives

Required:
Active California Property & Casualty license
Strong insurance, sales, or leadership background
Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term ownership goals
Preferred:
Experience in agency management, sales leadership, or business ownership
