⭐ About the Role

We’re looking for a high‑level Tool & Die Machinist with strong mechanical instincts and proven experience in machine setups. You’ll work as a precision metalworker, building and maintaining tooling used in stamping, forging, machining, and plastic molding operations.

Expect to perform multiple setups per day , master complex equipment, and troubleshoot everything from mechanical systems to PLC-driven machines. If you’re eager to learn, love hands-on craftsmanship, and want to grow your skillset — this is the perfect role.

🔧 What You'll Do

• ✨ Develop, edit, and optimize machining programs for high‑precision mold components
• 🛠️ Build, machine, and assemble mold tooling according to engineering specs
• 🔍 Perform mold repair, polishing, fitting, and adjustments in a production mold environment
• 🤝 Collaborate with engineering to translate drawings and CAD models into ready-to-run tooling
• 🤖 Work on plastic extrusion equipment, CNC machines, and custom-built machinery
• 📘 Read & interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

⭐ Essential Skills

• Experience in Tool & Die and/or plastic molding
• CNC/Mills machining experience (setups required)
• Experience in CAD software
• Strong measuring skills (calipers / inspection tools)
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts
• Valid ID required

Work Environment

• 🏭 83,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled manufacturing facility in central Oklahoma City
• 🚗 Indoor employee parking
• 🛠️ Access to 18–20 machines , including custom-built tooling equipment
• 📅 4x10 schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
