Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong handson expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies to design develop enhance and support enterprisescale applications The role involves working closely with business analysts QA and production support teams to deliver highquality solutions in Banking Insurance Financial Services environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain COBOL DB2 VSAM JCL based mainframe applications
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Develop and modify batch and online programs
• Create and maintain JCLs programs copybooks procs and utilities
• Perform unit testing system testing and support UAT activities
• Analyze and resolve production issues abends and performance bottlenecks
• Conduct impact analysis for change requests and enhancements
• Ensure adherence to coding standards documentation and SDLC processes
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for smooth releases and deployments
