Schedule: Full-Time|Tuesday – Friday 10:00AM to 7:45PM, Saturday (4 hours), Sunday & Monday Off; OT & On-Call as needed; Essential Personnel

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Logistics & Delivery Specialistyou’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission. In this position, you’ll be responsible for providing inventory and distribution services for all related ViviGen and other products including cycle counting, assistance with reconciling discrepancies, puttingaway of tissue grafts, distribution of grafts to end users, and discard of tissue.Perform physical inspection upon receipt of tissue and creates/runs reports for inventory tasks.Order and stock daily supply materials as needed for distribution.  Coordinates courier deliveries and performs local deliveries to clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Perform pick/pack/ship distribution activities of LifeNet Health grafts that have been stored in liquid nitrogen, deep frozen or at ambient environments. Utilize SAP/RF units according to SOPs to fulfill order requirements
  • Coordinate shipping of customer orders which includes utilizing the LifeNet Health vehicle for local shipments and setting up orders to be delivered by couriers.
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory accountability for released inventory. Perform cycle counts as required
  • Initiate CAPAs and performs investigations and root cause analyses for nonconforming materials/conditions as necessary. Perform daily recording of required Key Performance
  • Maintain certification in Dangerous Goods shipping requirements and is fully trained to process international shipments with the corresponding documentation.
  • Comply with on-call responsibilities for emergency tissue orders and weekend tissue shipments. Maintain and monitor all equipment associated with the storage and distribution of liquid nitrogen or deep frozen LifeNet Health grafts.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Minimum Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • One (1) year inventory database experience
  • Two (2) years Warehousing, storeroom, distribution, or inventory experience


Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

  • Dangerous Goods Certification Preferred
  • One (1) year of SAP Experience preferred
     

Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Attention to Detail: Able to ensure accuracy and completeness in accomplishing tasks
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $21.04 to $28.05 / hourly


Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.  The pay range for this position is $21.04hourly (entry level qualifications) to $28.05hourly
(experienced in this role). Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate’s knowledge and relevant experience.
