Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote telehealth team serving clients in Utah. This full-time position involves providing therapy, completing assessments, creating treatment plans, and guiding clients through mental health challenges with steady clinical support.

This role is designed for an experienced LCSW who can manage virtual appointments, maintain strong documentation, and provide professional care in a remote environment.

• Location: Utah
• Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete intake assessments and gather relevant client history
• Develop, update, and follow individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Provide support for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, or life transitions
• Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state licensing requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members when needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Utah
• Previous clinical therapy experience required
• Experience providing telehealth services preferred
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
