Position Overview:

Now Hiring: Leasing Agent

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week. Weekends a must.

Location: Worcester, MA

Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience

🌟 About the Role

Arrowpoint Properties, LLC is seeking a friendly, driven, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. In this role, you will act as an ambassador for the community — delivering exceptional service, showcasing apartment homes, and helping maintain high occupancy through effective leasing strategies.

You’ll guide prospects from their first inquiry through move-in, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience every step of the way. If you enjoy sales, relationship-building, and working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Conduct engaging tours of available units and community amenities
• Process rental applications, including background and credit checks
• Prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws
• Support marketing initiatives and resident retention efforts
• Maintain accurate resident files and prepare move-in materials
• Serve as the first point of contact for resident questions and requests
• Escalate complex issues to the Property Manager as needed
• Inspect model units and common areas daily to ensure tour readiness
• Assist with scheduling shared facilities (fitness center, meeting rooms, etc.)
• Perform additional duties as assigned

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong sales ability with a track record of closing and meeting goals
• Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience preferred

🎓 Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and local leasing practices

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to walk the property frequently, including stairs and outdoor areas
• Ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds

⏰ Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends and evenings
