Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on job sites to ensure high-quality work and efficient project completion
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including planting, mulching, pruning, and general grounds care
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Support the training and development of crew members
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Utilize mobile applications including LMN and LeanScaper to track daily progress, punch crew members in and out, log materials used, and input relevant site and job information to ensure accurate and up-to-date project records
• Adapt to changing project requirements, weather condition, and shifting priorities as directed
