Job Description

We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to learn and grow by jumping right in. As part of our creative team, you’ll support in efficiently executing quick turn production design tasks and building out 360 campaign assets while also getting opportunities to create something new for a promotion, initiative, or campaign. 

We don’t expect you to know everything yet, but we do expect you to be obsessed with the details—the kind of person who catches a double space or a 1px misalignment from a mile away as well as having a desire to learn, grow and become a master of your craft.

On top of being a hard worker and master in the making, we want someone who is wanting to be part of a team and an agency that's full of momentum. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

•  Execution :
  Support the creative team efforts in the production of digital, print, and social media assets.

•  Efficiency:
  Build out polished design in a timely manner

•  Organization:
  Manage multiple iterations of a project while keeping files meticulously organized (naming conventions are your love language).

•  Quality Control:
  Ensure all exported assets meet technical specifications and brand guidelines.

•  Collaboration:
  Active participant in brainstorms and creative concepting. Bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the table. Works well with all departments.

  Required Skills

 The Toolbox: 

• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. 

 The Eye: 

• A strong foundational grasp of typography, layout hierarchy, and color theory. Must see this in your portfolio.

The Hunger: 

• You are a "sponge." You actively seek feedback, even when it’s tough, and you’re constantly upskilling on your own time.

 The Precision: 

• You check your work twice. Then you check it again.

Bonus Points

• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects).

• Social Media design experience and content creation

• Basic understanding of AI design tools and prompt engineering.
