Internal Medicine Physician

Location: New York, NY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $280,000–$300,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

This role is designed for an Internist who values continuity of care and structured outpatient medicine. You will serve as the primary medical provider for adult patients, handling both routine visits and complex medical concerns. The work is steady, patient-focused, and allows time to make informed clinical decisions without rushed appointments or irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations during scheduled office visits
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic adult health conditions
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Create treatment plans and monitor patient progress over time
• Provide preventive screenings and wellness care
• Refer patients to specialists and coordinate follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active New York medical license or ability to obtain
• Completion of an Internal Medicine residency
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
• Clear communication and sound clinical decision-making
