Job Description

A Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls to provide support, resolve issues, answer inquiries, and promote products or services. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously

• Respond to customer inquiries about products or services

• Provide accurate information and guidance

• Identify customer needs and troubleshoot problems

• Resolve complaints efficiently and effectively

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

• Record call details in the company system

• Update customer information accurately

• Maintain confidentiality of customer data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Customer service experience (preferred but not always required)
