Job Title: High Reach Operator

Job Description

The High Reach Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, loading, and distributing building product materials within the Distribution Center. This role requires driving propane or electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, or similar equipment to lift, stack, tier, or move products or materials.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to and from receiving, storage, and production areas using a fork, lifting platform, or other lifting devices.
• Organize products by sorting and placing items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Operate a reach truck with camera and laser level guidance from ground level to pull materials from heights up to 30 feet.

Essential Skills

• Experience with sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and high-reach forklifts.
• Proficiency in picking, loading, unloading, and material handling.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and cherry picker.

Shift

1st shift Monday-Friday from 5 am to 1:30 pm

2nd shift Monday-Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, Training will be conducted on the first shift for 3-5 weeks.

3rd shift Sunday-Thursday from 8:30 pm to 5:15 am. Training will be conducted on the first shift for 3-5 weeks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manchester, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
