The Role

Amphenol North American Military (ANAM) Group is seeking a Financial Analyst. This employee will support the ANAM Group Controller in financial reporting and analysis and assisting in rolling out best financial and management practices to the Group's operations in North America and Europe. This person would work remotely or a hybrid schedule if located near one of our sites in Sidney, NY; Allen, TX; Wallingford, CT; or Mesa, AZ.

The key responsibilities of this Financial Analyst include, but are not limited to:

• Interface with a variety of Group operations in North America and Europe
• Analyze the financial reporting and accounts of those operations
• Contribute to defining the Group's strategy by aggregating data and best practices from the field
• Ensure compliance with Group and Corporate Policies and Procedures
• Participate in Due Diligence and onboarding new Acquisitions

• Assigned special projects by the Group Controller or Group General Manager as required and assist other Group or Corporate staff and other functions as required

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Financial Analyst at ANAM:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years' experience analyzing a variety of companies' financial accounts ideally with an accounting firm or equivalent manufacturing company experience
• Familiar with a variety of the Accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong communicator
• Proficient in using reporting and analysis tools

Salary: $70,000 - $110,000
