Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the team. As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing marketing materials to creating visually stunning websites. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that effectively communicate the brand and services to the target audience. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement design concepts, ensuring consistency across various platforms. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the website by creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and social media graphics

• Develop and implement design concepts for various digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in design and brand identity

• Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve user experience

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge designs

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• At least three years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• At least two years of experience in web design
• Can create an ad set and a one-page website on time
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven experience in Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles
• Knowledge of current web design trends and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:

  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps .
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps .
  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Primary Device:

  • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

    • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor.
    • A minimum of 8 GB RAM .

• Backup Device:

  • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
  • Must be functional during power interruptions.

• A functioning webcam .

• A noise-canceling USB headset .

• A quiet, dedicated home office space .

• Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
