Conduct policy due diligence and scenario analysis for mergers and acquisitions, major investments, and business roadmap planning. Evaluate the long-term impact of political stability and policy trends in European markets on investment returns.

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in European policy research at multinational corporations, international organizations, think tanks, or consulting firms, with familiarity with the legislative and regulatory systems of the EU and its major member states.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently produce high-quality policy analysis reports, investment impact assessments, and other professional materials.
4. Deep understanding of policy-making logic within Europe’s diverse political systems and cultural contexts, with the ability to efficiently distill complex regulatory information into actionable business recommendations.
5. English as a working language; proficiency in other European languages such as French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
