Veda Dental Aesthetics in West New York, NJ, is looking for a friendly, driven, and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team! This role is the heartbeat of our practice, focusing on new patient acquisition, aesthetic consultations, and keeping our schedule productive. Dental receptionist / admin

High-Volume Scheduling: Proactively manage the schedule by making 60+ recall calls daily to ensure patient compliance and a full calendar.

Patient Acquisition: Warmly answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments for new patient exams and aesthetic evaluations.

Strategic Coordination: Ensure correct procedures and time blocks are selected to allow the clinical team to provide efficient, high-quality care.

Administrative Accuracy: Collect and input complete insurance information for billing verification and maintain precise patient demographics and appointment notes.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with the clinical and billing teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a prepared environment.

Brand Support: Comfortable being on camera to assist with short-form social media content and practice promotion.

part-time $25 - $30 per hour

Flexibility: While currently listed as Full-Time, we are flexible and open to Part-Time arrangements for the right candidate.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Dental Receptionist experience (Required).

Languages: Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Required).

Industry Background: Previous experience in a med spa, salon, or luxury service environment is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new dental scheduling software and social media tools quickly.

Soft Skills: Strong phone presence, ability to build rapport quickly, and a "solution-oriented" communication style.

Demeanor: Professional appearance, reliable, and able to stay calm and organized in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
