Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and deliver fantastic customer service to our loyal patients
- Update patient insurance, medical histories, and personal information
- Calculate co-pays and take the correct payment
- Process credit card transactions
- Ability to learn and grow to include: insurance filing, opening the office, closing the office
- Balancing out at the end of the day
Salary Rangefull-time $18 - $23 per hour
