Highland Village Smile Studio is seeking an organized, friendly, and dedicated Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming first impression for our patients in Lewisville, TX. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy family dental practice and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Job DescriptionWarmly greet patients and families upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs.
Schedule and confirm appointments for patients of all ages, optimizing clinic flow.
Verify dental insurance eligibility and clearly explain treatment plans and financial options.
Handle all aspects of patient billing, payments, and maintain accurate patient records.
Effectively communicate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient journey.
Maintain a pristine and organized front office environment.
Salary Rangefull-time $25 - $30 per hour

Shift & ScheduleTuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Monday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed.
RequirementsMinimum one year of previous dental front office experience.
Proficiency in dental insurance verification and processing.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and multitasking skills.
A caring, family-focused attitude and a professional demeanor.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Demonstrable experience thriving in a private practice setting.
PreferencesFamiliarity with Dentrix scheduling software.
