We are seeking a skilled DataStage Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data integration and transformation. The role involves building robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting testing and automation initiatives within enterprise data environments.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM DataStage.
Build and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and database objects.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across data pipelines.
Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of ETL jobs.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements.
Support functional testing and validation of ETL processes.
Participate in automation testing initiatives to improve data pipeline reliability.
Document technical designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
6-8 years of experience in DataStage development and ETL processes.
Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage components and job design.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and database development.
Experience in data integration, data warehousing, and data transformation.
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Understanding of data validation and functional testing practices.
Experience in automation testing frameworks.
Knowledge of data quality tools and best practices.
Exposure to enterprise data warehouse environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
