Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the maintenance and HR departments through meticulous data management and process facilitation.
Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts and equipment.
Process maintenance reservations and track fulfillment using internal systems.
Transcribe handwritten and printed materials into digital format for maintenance logs.
Create and update documentation for HR and maintenance error-code tracking.
Verify and organize incoming service requests and parts orders.
Use Microsoft Excel and database tools to manage scheduling and equipment data.
Scan and file maintenance reports and service records for easy retrieval.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness before submission to supervisors.
Support continuous improvement by documenting recurring issues and resolutions.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with ERP systems and inventory control.
Strong data entry skills.
Familiarity with supply chain, shipping & receiving processes.
Understanding of warehouse inventory and production.
Experience in maintenance administration and technician support.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Computer skills
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Work Environment
This position is based in an office/manufacturing environment with hours typically from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM. The work setting features an open office layout with cubicles. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
