You won’t just be observing—you’ll be contributing meaningful work, learning how different teams partner together, and building a strong understanding of how decisions are made across the business. By the end of the summer, you’ll walk away with practical experience, new skills, and a broader perspective on what it’s like to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

  • Assist with system testing and validation, coordinating test scenarios and collecting user feedback to inform configuration improvements and deployment readiness. Learn about the differences between and uses cases of various testing methods used in software deployment.

  • Design, build, and deploy business process automation, producing clear technical documentation to enable long term maintenance and operational handoff.

  • Improve IT asset management and documentation standards by accurately recording assets, supporting inventory audits, and organizing and labeling equipment to enhance asset tracking and compliance. Have the opportunity to develop and define new systems for data tracking.

  • Operate within a hybrid work model, managing clearly defined deliverables by completing hands on asset organization during in office days and executing project and documentation work remotely.
