Position Summary

Radiant Austin is looking for a friendly and confident Brand Ambassador to represent Radiant at home shows, community events, and local activations throughout the Austin area.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, and representing a trusted local company with professionalism and enthusiasm. You'll help bring the Radiant brand to life by engaging homeowners, sharing information about our services, and generating leads that support our continued growth in the Austin market.

What You'll Do

  • Represent Radiant at home shows, community events, trade shows, and local activations throughout the Austin area
  • Identify and coordinate participation in events that align with Radiant's brand and audience
  • Engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional way and answer general questions about our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services
  • Collect customer contact information and assist with scheduling service appointments when appropriate
  • Help create a welcoming and professional booth presence at events
  • Capture simple social media content during events when applicable
  • Manage event materials such as displays, signage, and giveaways
  • Track event leads and basic engagement results

Qualifications

Education
High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience

  • Experience in brand ambassador roles, event marketing, promotions, hospitality, or community outreach is a plus

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel throughout the Austin area for events
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift and transport light event materials and displays
