Key ResponsibilitiesAs a bartender at Art SoHo, you will:
Uphold the highest standards of cocktail craftsmanship and hospitality.
Follow our carefully designed Cocktail Compendium, which includes detailed recipes for classic and signature drinks.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless and dynamic bar operation.
Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.

Mastery of Cocktail Recipes :
Learn and execute the cocktails outlined in our Cocktail Compendium with precision.
Maintain a deep understanding of spirits, flavor profiles, and mixing techniques.
Speed and Efficiency :
Manage high-volume service during peak hours while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Prepare orders promptly without compromising quality.
Stocking and Bar Prep :
Assist with stocking and replenishing bar inventory, ensuring the bar is well-prepared for every shift.
Take initiative with prep tasks, such as juicing, batching, and garnishing, to maintain efficiency.
Teamwork and Communication :
Work cohesively with servers, barbacks, and management to deliver seamless service.
Communicate effectively during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Upselling and Guest Engagement :
Interact with guests in a professional, engaging manner.
Suggest premium cocktails, upgrades, and pairing options to enhance the guest experience.
Cleanliness and Organization :
Maintain a spotless and organized bar area throughout service.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Adaptability and Professionalism :
Remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
