You'll be the critical first touchpoint in our sales ecosystem, connecting with ambitious individuals who are seeking transformation. Your role is to identify, qualify, and schedule high-quality appointments for our Sales Closers. You're not just booking meetings—you're opening doors to life-changing journeys.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Engagement & Qualification

  • Conduct 100-150 calls cold calls daily.
  • Engage prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media with empathy and enthusiasm
  • Qualify leads using framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Ask discovery questions to understand prospects' pain points and transformation goals

Appointment Setting Excellence

  • Schedule 5-6 qualified appointments daily for our High Ticket Sales Closers
  • Maintain detailed records with complete prospect information
  • Send personalized confirmation messages and meeting reminders
  • Achieve 60-80%+ show-up rate through strategic follow-up sequences

Pipeline Management

  • Track and nurture leads through multiple touchpoints
  • Handle objections with confidence using proven scripts
  • Coordinate with sales teams for seamless handoffs
  • Provide daily activity reports and insights on lead quality

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in daily huddles and weekly training sessions
  • Master our proprietary conversation frameworks
  • Stay updated on Dev Gadhvi's programs, offers, and transformation stories
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize conversion strategies

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT FIT

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, BDR, or customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills in Hindi & English (verbal and written)
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding appointment targets
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection (resilience is key!)
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency with CRMs, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business
