Forever Agency Group is a marketing agency that will be making calls and getting leads for our solar client. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential customers with our solar energy solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to leads and schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring that we can effectively share the benefits of solar energy. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential solar energy customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
• Provide prospective customers with information about our solar products and services.
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure they are still interested and confirm their appointments.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to final sale.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

• Must be outgoing and have a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior experience in the solar industry is necessary; training will be provided.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
